MAKING A CLAIM
If something’s gone wrong and you need to make a claim, don’t worry – we’ve tried to make it as simple as possible.
You can find full details of the Claims Procedure on page 14 of the Insurance Policy.
Please also pay particular attention to ‘What to do if you wish to make a claim’ under each section of cover.

We have appointed Travel Claims Facilities to look after claims.

Notifying us of any claims
In the unfortunate event that you need to make a claim, you should contact Direct Group, the claims administrator for Gadget Cover. Please contact them as soon as reasonably possible (but ideally within 48 hours) from discovery of the incident (or in the event of an incident occurring outside of the United Kingdom, on returning to the United Kingdom).
